Meatless- Meat Patties!

Beefless burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 tin lentils drained and rinsed

  • 1 onion sliced and lightly fried

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • oil for frying

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl then roll into balls and press with hands to form patties.

  2. Fry in a hot non-stick fry pan with a little oil โ€“ around 2 minutes per side
