1 tin lentils drained and rinsed
1 onion sliced and lightly fried
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup flour
4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon chilli (optional)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
oil for frying
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl then roll into balls and press with hands to form patties.
Fry in a hot non-stick fry pan with a little oil – around 2 minutes per side
