Oaty Apricot Biscuits

How good is a baking sesh on a chilly winters day?! This bikkie recipe is delicious - and nutritious! The oats and wholemeal flour add fibre to each biscuit so they actually help to fill us up! The apricots and chocolate chips provide sweetness - I add honey in because it makes it crunchy and I just love the taste of honey!
