Green-Goodness Hummus


Ingredients:

- 1x tin drained and rinsed chickpeas - 1 clove garlic - 2 Tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tbsp tahini - 1 tsp ground cumin - 1 cup garden greens e.g. spinach/ parsley/ mint - Pinch salt - Add water until consistency is as desired

Puree all ingredients together in a food processor.

ENJOY!
