Snack ideas for the 3pm slump

Get through your afternoon slump with our top snack ideas! 




1. Fruit

Satisfy those sugar cravings and fill your tummy with fibre -filled goodness.


2. 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter

Peanut butter is full of good fats and protein to satisfy your cravings! The slowly- digested goodness keeps you full and helps to prevent energy crashes throughout the afternoon.


3. Plain unsweetened yoghurt 

Team this with some chopped fruit or handful of nuts/ seeds for a protein-filled afternoon pick-me up.


4. 2-3 Tbsp nuts and seeds

One of the best snacks you can have! Take to work in a container or snap-lock bag for easy portion control!


5. Hummus or cottage cheese

Team up with grainy crackers or chopped vege's.


6. Popcorn

Make your own with kernels and season with salt/ pepper and vinegar OR choose a "light butter" option and split into 2-3 serves.


7. Mini quiche

Use a crustless quiche recipe and split into a muffin tray then either eat col or pop in the microwave for a winter -warmer.


8.Herbal tea

Grab a sweet fruity flavour to satisfy cravings and rehydrate!
