Service Description

There is no one-size fits all approach to weight loss- and the journey is never linear. After years of working with clients to achieve their weight loss goals- I have designed this package to provide effective support beyond the initial assessment session. If you are reading this- chances are that you have tried to lose weight in the past. We have all been there! This time- you won't be doing it alone and you don't have to guess to figure out what you should be doing to achieve the results that you want! We will see you for an initial consultation, then meet with you for 2 more sessions across a total time frame of ~2 months. This package includes your nutrition assessment session in which you will receive the following: - Personalised nutrition advice backed by the latest nutrition science to help you achieve your goals and address any health issues you may have - Advice and guidance on tracking progress and recording areas for improvement - An action plan with realistic, achievable & sustainable steps to achieving your nutrition goal - Knowledge around macronutrients- carbohydrates, protein, and fats and the different digestion of these - Advice around dietary changes to ensure nutritional adequacy- we make sure that you are eating enough calcium, iron, zinc etc. - Advice on effective tools to use throughout your weight loss journey - Written resources for your future reference In this initial session- we learn more about your lifestyle, goals, and your journey to get you to where you are today. Your plan is 100% specific to you- not some generic handout! Your follow up appointments are really where we deep dive into establishing some strategies for you to use for the rest of your life. We look at: - How your nutrition plan has worked so far - What barriers have come up since the initial session and how did you handle them - Sleep/ stress/ energy and mood assessments - Diet tweaks to promote even more effective weight loss - Plans for when you are lacking motivation but want to achieve your goals - Further resources and advice on diet and nutrition Book your initial appointment and we can schedule in your follow-up sessions after our first meeting- either in- person or from the comfort of your own home virtually.
