Cooking Classes
Our cooking classes teach you how to create delicious recipes with whole, minimally processed foods. Our cooking classes are run by a NZ Registered Dietitian who provides valuable nutrition information throughout the class. These classes include a mixture of "hands-on" cooking and demonstrations and are ideal for people of any age and cooking experience!
