How often do you have everyone over for dinner but spend the whole afternoon and evening grocery shopping and cooking? How many times do you say your farewells to everyone realising that you barely spoke to them since you spent the whole night in the kitchen?! Of course we could get takeaways- but this can be really expensive and unsatisfying- and unhealthy!
The solution- let us know the date, how many people you are catering for, and nutritional requirements (e.g. vegetarian) and we do the rest! We will arrive at your house and host a cooking class for your group - too easy! You and your friends can do as much or as little cooking as you like- so you are more than welcome to sit back and relax! It's an opportunity to seek answers to your nutrition questions- or just to relax and catch up with friends.
We cook with you, a three course meal full of whole foods and no refined sugar, and provide new ideas and recipes to include more nourishing foods in your diet. All recipes are affordable and easy- we don't want complex recipes just as much as you don't!
